Please see the information below regarding returns and refunds, import taxes and postage.
Returns and Refunds Policy:

- Once your order has been processed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
- In the event of a damaged book, where the damage affects the book’s usability or aesthetic in a noticeable way, we will arrange for a replacement if stocks allow or offer a partial refund, this will be considered on an individual basis.
- In the case of a noticeably damaged item, where the item is clearly impacted, a refund for that item will be offered.
- We request that any issues with your purchase be reported immediately after delivery to allow for a quick resolution.

Import Taxes:

- The buyer is responsible for any import taxes imposed by their home country. Please consider these fees when making a purchase.
- Customers within the UK should not incur any import fees. For customers outside of the UK, please consult your countrys import duty thresholds and rates to determine any applicable VAT, duty or handling fees.

Postage:
​
- Our book boxes are sold several months in advance of the delivery date. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. A predicted date is provided for delivery, however this can change, updates will be given regarding this.
- When ordering individual books, please allow for up to 21 days for shipment. There may be delays to the posting of individual books if there is a book box shipping out at the same time.
- Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your postal receipt. BFAC is not responsible for postal delays or lost shipments; any reimbursements for lost items must be pursued by the buyer through the postal service.
